Roast turkey breast on top of a bed of GF stuffing

With the snow, it seemed like the right time to roast the turkey breast we bought during the holidays, and froze.
It just came out of the oven for lunch. Yum!
(I know the picture doesn't look like much -- it looks burned because we used dark GF bread to make homemade stuffing -- but it's not burned, and it was delicious.)
